Procurement and Implementation of SaaS ERP Solution

Pakistan LNG Limited Islamabad is procuring and implementing an off-the-shelf globally recognized Software as a Service (SaaS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. This procurement aims to upgrade the organization’s existing system (QuickBooks) with a comprehensive ERP platform to automate key business processes and enhance data accuracy and system controls. The scope includes supply, installation, implementation, testing, end user training, and post-implementation services. The ERP solution will support financial management, procurement management, fixed assets management, and HR management for 8 main users and 13 limited access general users. Key modules include general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, cash and bank management, purchase orders, vendor master data, asset lifecycle management, payroll processing, and employee expense management.
