Procurement of Incoming & Outgoing Trolleys (NCB-S-25/2026 Lot-I & II)

The Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and registered bidders for the procurement of Incoming and Outgoing Trolleys under tender number NCB-S-25/2026 Lot-I & II for the financial year 2026-27. Delivery is required at the SEPCO Warehouse near 132KV Grid Station, Arain Road, Sukkur, Sindh within 180 days or earlier from the date of issuance of the Purchase Order. Partial delivery payments are allowed. Bidders must be manufacturers or authorized dealers with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience and proven operational experience. Financial capacity requirements include an average annual turnover of PKR 100 million and positive net worth for the last three years. Bid security of 2% of the total bid amount excluding GST is mandatory, valid for 150 days. Performance guarantee of 5% of contract price is required upon award. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 03:30 PM.
