Tender Description
The Islamabad International Airport under the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) in Islamabad Capital Territory is procuring 24 CCTV cameras specifically for baggage searching counters at IIAP Islamabad. This procurement includes the supply, installation, configuration, and commissioning of fixed bullet, fixed bullet vari-focal, and fixed dome vari-focal IP PoE CCTV cameras along with wall mount brackets and related installation services. The cameras must be fully compatible with the existing Hikvision VMS system at the airport to ensure seamless integration and continuous 24/7 operation. The technical specifications require high resolution cameras with features such as WDR 120dB, IP67 rating, H.265/H.265+ compression, IR illumination, and advanced video analytics including motion detection, human classification, intrusion detection, face capture, and people counting.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and comply with all legal and technical requirements. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed for this tender. The procurement follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via EPADS v2.0 by the deadline of Monday, May 25, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid security must be submitted in the form of a pay order physically before the deadline to the Islamabad International Airport office.
