Procurement and Installation of Desktop Computers for Computer Labs

The National University of Modern Languages Islamabad invites sealed tenders through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) for the procurement and installation of Desktop Computers specifically for the establishment of computer labs. Items being procured: - Desktop Computers for computer labs The tender documents containing terms, conditions, and other details can be downloaded from the official EPADS portal. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via EPADS. The scope includes supply and installation at the university premises in Islamabad. Eligible firms must be well reputed, GST registered, and comply with all relevant registration requirements. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order as specified in the tender documents. Additionally, a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 15,000/- must be submitted physically to the office of the undersigned along with the original sealed proposals. The submission deadline is strictly by 15th October 2026 at 1100 Hrs, with bid opening at 1130 Hrs on the same day in the presence of bidders.
