Procurement/Installation of Desktop Computers for Computer Labs at National University of Modern Languages Islamabad

National University of Modern Languages Islamabad invites sealed tenders as per PPRA rule (36A) through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) from well reputed and GST registered firms for the procurement and installation of Desktop Computers for the establishment of computer labs. Items being procured: - Desktop Computers for computer labs The tender documents containing terms and conditions can be downloaded from the official EPADS portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS. Prospective bidders may contact PPRA office at FBC building sector G-5/2 Islamabad for registration, training, and technical assistance on EPADS. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order as specified in the tender documents. The scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded through EPADS and the original Bank Draft/Pay Order must be submitted physically along with the original sealed proposals. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 15,000/- in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order must also be submitted to the office of the undersigned with the bid. The submission deadline is 15th October 2026 till 1100 Hrs and bids will be opened the same day at 1130 Hrs in the presence of available bidders. The University reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance. This tender notice is also available on EPADS and NUML websites. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission through EPADS and to carefully follow the bid security and tender fee submission instructions to avoid disqualification.
