Procurement and Installation of 02 Fire Hydrant Systems at CPO Building G-11/1 and PLHQ Building H-8/2

The National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP) Islamabad invites bids from reputed firms with active General Sales Tax and Income Tax numbers for the procurement and installation of 02 Fire Hydrant Systems at the CPO Building G-11/1 and PLHQ Building H-8/2. The procurement will be conducted under the Principal Method of Procurement using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and related regulations. Items being procured: - 02 Fire Hydrant Systems at CPO Building G-11/1 - 02 Fire Hydrant Systems at PLHQ Building H-8/2 The bidders must submit a hard copy of the bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft in the name of the Inspector General, NHMP. The submission and opening of bids will take place at the NHMP Central Police Office, Mauve Area, G-11/1, Islamabad. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) Version 2.0. Bids must be submitted through EPADS version 2.0 on or before 01-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be publicly opened the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives. In case the opening date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered the opening date. NHMP reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all technical and financial requirements, including earnest money submission and valid PEC registration if applicable.
