Procurement, Installation, Integration, Commissioning and Support of Enterprise VDI Solution

The solution must support dual-monitor operation for all users, centralized desktop provisioning, secure authentication, role-based access control, centralized monitoring, secure remote access, user profile management, desktop image lifecycle administration, high availability, scalability, and backup and recovery capabilities. The infrastructure will be deployed on enterprise-grade compute and storage using SSD/NVMe technology. Displays must be minimum 24-inch LED Backlit IPS with Full HD resolution and a minimum 3-year onsite warranty. The bidder is responsible for site survey, sizing, design, implementation, testing, commissioning, and documentation. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL active taxpayer status, and experience with similar equipment installations. Bidders must submit a Bid Securing Declaration and comply with all bidding document requirements. The delivery timeline is 10 to 12 weeks from the issuance of the Purchase Order.
