This procurement includes interactive touch screens, desktop and laptop computers including MAC/iOS devices, GIS laptops, branded desktop PCs, scanners, laser printers (both black & white and color heavy duty), 65-inch LED displays, reversible air conditioners, antivirus security suites, and licensed software such as ChatGPT Standard Edition, Canva Enterprise Edition, and Otter.ai. The technical scope covers delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and training at the purchaser's premises. All equipment must be brand new, genuine, and supported by manufacturer warranties. The procurement requires bidders to have a minimum of three years relevant experience, valid FBR/ATL registration, and a fully operational office in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Bidders must submit technical brochures, project timelines, warranty details, compliance sheets, and performance certificates. The bid security must be submitted as a pay order, and bids are to be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by the deadline.
