Tender Description
The Elementary and Secondary Education Foundation (ESEF) Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids for the procurement and installation of I.T equipment and allied accessories for the Global Virtual Schools project. This tender is issued by the Elementary and Secondary Education Foundation based in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement aims to support the education development in the province by strengthening elementary and secondary education through modern technology.

The scope includes supply and installation of complete I.T packages for virtual schools, ensuring all equipment meets the required technical specifications. Bidders must be manufacturers or authorized dealers registered with the Income/Sales tax departments and reflected on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014.
Interested bidders should note the pre-bid meeting scheduled for Tuesday, 14-07-2026 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room of the ESEF Office, Peshawar. Bids must be submitted by uploading scanned copies on the EPADS system before Thursday, 23-07-2026 at 02:30 PM. Only technical bids will be opened on the same day at 03:00 PM at the ESEF Office, Peshawar. Physical bids, email, fax, or courier submissions will not be accepted.
A 2% bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order, or Banker's cheque in the name of Managing Director ESEF KP Peshawar must be submitted in original before the deadline. This tender requires compliance with all mandatory documents as per the bid solicitation documents available on EPADS and the ESEF website.
