Procurement of Insulated Bucket Mounted Utility Vehicles

The Lahore Electric Supply Company (Material Management) in Lahore is procuring insulated bucket mounted utility vehicles for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is under Tender No 4427 with contract reference P71390. The procurement involves supply of 35 insulated aerial working platform trucks, to be delivered in two consignments: 20 vehicles within 180 days and the remaining 15 vehicles within 60 days thereafter. Early supply is also acceptable. Items being procured: - 20 Nos Insulated Bucket Mounted Utility Vehicles (1st consignment) - 15 Nos Insulated Bucket Mounted Utility Vehicles (2nd consignment) The vehicles must comply with DDS-11:2023 amended to date, IEC-610-57, ANSI/SAIA A92.2-2015 Category E, and BS EN 280 standards for design and stability. The bidder must have in-house insulation facilities for bucket and boom. A three-year warranty for operation and two years free maintenance and spare parts are required. The vehicles will be inspected at the manufacturer's premises by authorized engineers. The bidder must be registered with FBR, active on the ATL, and have at least two years' experience supplying similar vehicles to LESCO, DISCOs, or other government organizations. Proof of supply of at least 10 similar vehicles with relevant purchase orders and completion certificates must be attached. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by August 10, 2026, 10:30 AM. Bid security in the form of pay order, bank guarantee, or call deposit must be submitted physically before the deadline at 22-A Queens Road Lahore. The bid opening will be on the same day at 11:00 AM on EPADS. The procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) rules. The price quoted must be fixed, inclusive of all applicable taxes and inspection fees, and in Pakistani Rupees. Partial bids or bids with foreign exchange elements will be rejected.
