Tender Description
The Independent System and Market Operator (Guarantee) Limited (ISMO) Islamabad invites sealed bids for the procurement of IT Equipment under contract reference P141405 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to be executed through the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The procurement includes the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the following items at ISMO premises located at Pitras Bukhari Road, Sector H-8/1, Islamabad:
Items being procured:
- High-end Laptops (10 units)
- LED Screen 55" Televisions (10 units)
- LED Screen 65" Televisions (10 units)
- Heavy Duty Multifunction Network Printers (4 units)
- Black & White Printers (10 units)
- NAS Storage units (2 units)
The technical specifications for each item are detailed in the bidding documents and include high-end business laptops with Core i7/i9 processors, 4K Mini QLED LED TVs with latest Android OS, multifunction printers with high monthly duty cycles, and NAS storage with advanced data protection features. All items must be brand new, genuine, and come with official local warranties ranging from 1 to 3 years.
Eligible bidders must be legally registered firms in Pakistan with at least three years of relevant experience, valid NTN and Sales Tax registration, and an operational office in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. Authorized distributorship or dealership certificates from OEMs are mandatory. Bidders must submit a bid security as specified and comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the bidding documents.
Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by Friday, October 16, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM through EPADS. Interested bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 and review all bidding documents carefully. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid includes all mandatory documents such as power of attorney, OEM authorization, and proof of experience to avoid disqualification during preliminary examination. Timely submission through EPADS and compliance with bid security requirements are critical for successful participation.
