Tender Description
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Elementary and Secondary Education Foundation (ESEF) invites sealed bids for the procurement of I.T Equipment and allied accessories for the Global Virtual School project based in Peshawar. This procurement is under the National Competitive Bidding procedure following the Single Stage Two Envelope method as per KPPRA Rules 2014. The procurement is aimed at strengthening elementary and secondary education in the private sector of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa through modern IT infrastructure.

The detailed list of equipment and quantities is provided in the Bid Solicitation Documents available for download from EPADS and the official websites www.kppra.gov.pk and https://esef.gkp.pk/. The technical scope includes supplying complete IT packages suitable for virtual schooling environments, ensuring compatibility and quality standards as per the foundation's requirements.
Eligible bidders must be manufacturers or authorized dealers/partners registered with the Income/Sales Tax and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the FBR. Bidders should ensure compliance with all technical and financial criteria outlined in the bidding documents. A 2% bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order, or Banker's Cheque in favor of Managing Director ESEF KP Peshawar is mandatory.
The deadline for bid submission is Monday, 10-08-2026 at 02:30 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM in the Conference Room of the ESEF Office, Peshawar. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS system; submissions by hand, post, courier, email, or fax will not be accepted.
