Procurement of IT Equipment by Energy Infrastructure Development and Management Company

Energy Infrastructure Development and Management Company (EIDMC) invites electronic bids from eligible, FBR-registered, and manufacturer-authorized bidders/dealers for the supply of IT Equipment including Desktop Computer, Color Printer, Black & White Printer, Laptops, and Multimedia Conference System as per the specifications defined in the RFP. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured: - Desktop Computer - Color Printer - Black & White Printer - Laptops - Multimedia Conference System Bidders must submit their bids electronically via EPADS v2.0, following the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure and adopting Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique. All proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Security in favor of Chief Executive Officer, EIDMC, in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Bid Securing Declaration as per the prescribed format. The scanned copy of the Bid Security must be uploaded on EPADS v2.0, and the original hard copy submitted at the address below before the closing date and time. Bids must be submitted on or before Friday, September 25, 2026, 11:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submission of RFPs will not be entertained.
