The scope includes supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, calibration, training, and handing over of all items at PCRWR Regional Office Karachi or other specified locations. All equipment must be brand new, genuine, and conform to the latest technical specifications. The supplier is responsible for transportation, insurance, and safe delivery. Installation covers configuration and commissioning of I.T and audio-visual systems, laboratory instruments, and field equipment with full operational testing and calibration where applicable. Eligibility requires valid FBR registration, relevant PEC category, and proven experience in similar supply and installation projects. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals separately with a 5% bid security. The tender validity is 240 days, and the contract completion period is 30 days from the work order date. The defect liability period is six months with retention money deducted and returned after successful completion.
