Procurement of IT Equipment for National Disaster Management Authority Islamabad

The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) based in Islamabad Capital Territory is procuring IT Equipment for its operations in the financial year 2025-26. This procurement includes a range of IT hardware such as Desktop Computers with Intel Core i7 14th Gen processors, 16 GB DDR5 RAM, 24-inch Full HD LED monitors, Laser Printers, Color Laser Printers, LED Smart TVs (55" 4K UHD), and HP Color LaserJet CP5225 or equivalent A-3 size color printers. The equipment will be delivered and installed at the NDMA office near ITP Office, Main Murree Road, Islamabad. The technical scope requires brand new, genuine products with specifications including high processing speed, ample RAM, SSD storage, and licensed Windows 11 Pro and Office 21 for desktops. Printers must support duplex printing, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and have minimum input tray capacities. The HP Color LaserJet or equivalent must meet detailed technical criteria including print speed, resolution, paper handling, connectivity, and warranty support. Installation and after-sales support are mandatory. Eligible bidders must have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, valid FBR/ATL registration, and demonstrate financial capacity with an average annual turnover of at least PKR 5 million. Manufacturer authorization or valid dealership certificates are required. Bidders must submit earnest money in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. The bid submission deadline is Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 11:00 AM via the EPADS v2.0 online system.
