Tender Description

The Estate Office Management (Estate Office Management) based in Islamabad Capital Territory is procuring IT equipment for the fiscal year 2025-26. This procurement includes a range of IT goods such as laptops for software development and office use, laser printers, high-speed scanners, servers, access switches, and next-generation firewalls. The delivery location is the Estate Office at Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat, F-6/1, Islamabad, with a delivery schedule of 15 days. The technical scope covers high-end specifications including Intel Core i7 processors, DDR4 and DDR5 RAM, SSD storage, and advanced graphics cards for laptops. The laser printers and scanners are enterprise-grade with high print speeds and advanced features like duplex printing and OCR capabilities. The server specifications include Intel Xeon processors with RAID configurations and redundant power supplies. The next-generation firewall must meet stringent security requirements including IPS, VPN support, centralized logging, and compliance with national cybersecurity regulations. Eligible bidders must comply with FBR registration, provide valid manufacturer authorization letters, and demonstrate an average annual turnover of at least PKR 20 million over the last three years.
