Procurement of IT Equipment for National Seed Development and Regulatory Authority Islamabad

The National Seed Development and Regulatory Authority (NSDRA) Islamabad Capital Territory is procuring a comprehensive range of IT equipment for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement includes laptops, MacBooks, desktop computers, laser printers, color laser printers, multifunctional 3-in-1 printers, document scanners, photocopiers, LED displays, and audio-video conferencing equipment. The items are to be delivered and installed at the NSDRA office located at Plot # 25, Street No. 6, Sector H-9/1, Islamabad. The technical scope covers high specification hardware such as Intel Core Ultra 7 laptops with Windows 11 Pro, Apple MacBook Air with M5 processors, and 14th generation Intel i7 desktops. Printers and scanners come with 3-year local warranty and require proof of toner availability from authorized distributors. LED displays include 55 and 75 inch 4K UHD models with smart features. The audio-video conferencing system includes panoramic 4K cameras, beamforming microphones, and integrated speakers with 3-year manufacturer warranty. Eligible bidders must be registered with SECP and FBR for at least five years, be active taxpayers on the ATL, and provide proof of authorized distributorship with OEMs. They must also submit a bid security and demonstrate experience with at least three similar work orders. Technical bids will be evaluated on compliance and quality, with a passing mark of 70 out of 100. Financial bids will be opened only for technically qualified bidders. The bid submission deadline is Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM via the EPADS v2.0 system. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bidders must submit the original bid security physically at the NSDRA office before the deadline. The technical and financial bids will be opened online on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS well in advance and ensure all documents are complete and signed. A practical tip is to prepare a detailed technical proposal addressing all specifications and to arrange for timely delivery and installation within 15 days of contract award to avoid penalties.
