Procurement of IT Equipment including 4k PTZ Cameras, Video Processor, Ceiling Microphones, and POP Up Display

The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) based in Islamabad Capital Territory is inviting bids for the procurement of IT Equipment under reference number P55688 for the financial year 2026-27. The Advance Video Processor supports multiple USB and Ethernet ports, multi-camera layout, and tracking for up to 4 cameras and 8 microphones. Ceiling Microphones are beamforming ceiling array type with PoE power supply and UL 2043 plenum rating. The POP Up Display is a 21 inch IPS LCD with full HD resolution and multiple interface options including HDMI and VGA. The technical scope includes complete supply, installation, integration, and testing with all required USB, HDMI, LAN, and power cabling, suitable PoE switches, proper cable management, on-site configuration, testing, and user training sessions. The delivery location is the 1st Floor, FBC Building, G-5/2, Islamabad with a delivery schedule of 14 days. Eligible bidders must have at least 3 years of relevant experience supplying similar goods to government or semi-government organizations, must not be blacklisted, and must comply with FBR/ATL registration requirements. The bid security amount is PKR 70,000 and must be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Demand Draft.
