Procurement of IT Equipment by Energy Infrastructure Development and Management Company (EIDMC)

The Energy Infrastructure Development and Management Company (EIDMC) Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of IT equipment under the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted through the National Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The bidding documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal and bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Items being procured: - 2 Branded Desktop Computers with Intel® Core™ Ultra 5 225 processors, 16 GB DDR5 RAM, 512 GB PCIe NVMe SSD, and 21.45" FHD LED monitors - 1 Heavy-duty Color Multifunction Printer (Print/Scan/Copy) with 35 ppm speed and 1 Year warranty - 1 Black & White Laser Printer with automatic duplex printing capability and 45 ppm speed - 3 Laptops with Intel® Core™ Ultra 5 125U processors, 8 GB DDR5 RAM, 512 GB PCIe NVMe SSD, 16" WUXGA display, and 1 Year warranty - 1 Multimedia Conference System with Display, Audio, Video, and Connectivity Facilities for Conference Room The technical scope includes delivery, installation, configuration, software installation, on-site testing, warranty, and local technical support for all items. The procurement requires compliance with detailed technical specifications as outlined in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders must have valid FBR registration, manufacturer authorization, and relevant experience in supplying IT equipment to government or semi-government organizations. A bid security of PKR 150,000 is required in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on Friday, September 25, 2026. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
