Procurement of IT Equipment including Interactive Whiteboards, Cameras, Audio Processors, Displays, Networking Equipment

The technical specifications demand high-quality, professional-grade equipment suitable for large meeting rooms, conference halls, and networking infrastructure. The scope includes installation, configuration, operationalization, and after-sale support services. OEM warranty of 3 years on-site is required for key networking equipment. Eligible bidders must have a minimum of 3 years experience with at least three similar projects completed, valid FBR registration, and OEM support presence in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. Bid security must be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Demand Draft. The procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) methodology.
