Procurement of IT Equipment and Photocopier on DDP Basis

The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC), the official IT & Telecom provider of the Government of Pakistan, invites electronic bids from reputed suppliers and contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. The procurement involves the supply of IT equipment and a photocopier on Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, ensuring all duties and taxes are included in the price. Items being procured: - IT Equipment including Laptops, Desktop Computers, Printers & Scanners - Photocopier Bidders must have relevant experience and comply with all technical specifications and terms as per the e-bidding documents available on the EPADS 2.0 portal (www.epads.gov.pk). The procurement is managed centrally by the Development Central Directorate of NTC, located at NTC Telephone Exchange, Kalma Chowk, Garden Town, Lahore. Electronic bids must be submitted exclusively through the EPADS 2.0 system on or before the specified closing dates and times: for IT Equipment by 11 November 2026 at 1100 hours, and for the Photocopier by 12 November 2026 at 1100 hours. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid opening will follow shortly after submission deadlines. Suppliers are advised to ensure their registration on EPADS and to carefully review the detailed terms, conditions, and specifications provided. Earnest Money or Bid Security requirements, if any, will be detailed in the bidding documents. This e-bidding process aligns with PPRA rules and promotes transparency and efficiency.
