Tender Description
Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Ltd Islamabad invites bids for procurement of IT equipment including printers, ADF scanners, multi bio-metric T&A access control, enterprise grade wireless network solution, revamping of campus LAN and supply & installation of 60 KVA UPS on turnkey basis. Items being procured:

This procurement covers supply and installation at the PRAL campus in Islamabad. The scope includes delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of all equipment on a turnkey basis ensuring full operational readiness. Bidders must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Relevant PEC categories for IT equipment supply and installation are preferred. Earnest money in the form of CDR or Pay Order will be required as per tender documents.
The deadline for submission of bids on EPADs against Tender Nos. P-64/2026, P-65/2026, P-66/2026, P-67/2026 and P-68/2026 has been extended to October 08, 2026. Proposals must be submitted by 12:00 PM on October 08, 2026. Opening of bids will be on the same day at 12:30 PM. Bidders should ensure timely submission through the EPADs portal to avoid disqualification.
