Procurement of IT Equipment, Equipment Support, IT Enabled Services by Central Power Purchasing Agency (CPPA) Islamabad

The Central Power Purchasing Agency (CPPA) Islamabad invites sealed bids for the procurement of IT Equipment, Equipment Support, and IT Enabled Services under financial year 2026-27. This procurement includes a comprehensive range of items and services such as laptops, core switches, data center SLAs, rack space hosting, SolarWinds NPM support, managed security operation center (SOC) services, recursive DNS security solutions, data scanning and uploading into RMS, and Office 365 additional storage. Items being procured: - 76 Laptops (Professional Series, high-end business brands) - 4 Core Switches (enterprise-class Layer-3 Ethernet switches) - 1 SLA for Datacenter active equipment - 1 SLA for Rack Space Hosting - 1 SolarWinds NPM support software maintenance - 1 Managed Security Operation Center (SOC) Services - 1 Recursive DNS Security Solution - 1 Data Scanning and Document uploading into RMS - 1 Office 365 E3 Additional Organizational Storage (650 GB) The technical scope covers high specification laptops, enterprise-grade network switches with advanced features, comprehensive data center and rack space hosting services including Tier-III certified data center requirements, and advanced security solutions including managed SOC and DNS security. The procurement also includes document digitization and additional cloud storage. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid registration with FBR, GST, and other certifications, a minimum average annual turnover of PKR 50 million for the last three fiscal years, local presence in Islamabad/Rawalpindi for certain services, and certified staff for specialized services. Bidders must submit bid security or bid securing declaration and comply with all technical and financial requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method.
