Procurement of IT Hardware, Software, Database, Network Infrastructure and Related Solutions

The Directorate General of Immigration and Passports (DGIP), Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, is procuring IT hardware, software, database solutions, network infrastructure, and related equipment and services for the fiscal year 2026-27. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost of the respective lot, submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee, Banker’s Cheque, Pay Order, or Bank Draft from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. The original Bid Security must be submitted to DGIP HQ Islamabad before the bid submission deadline; otherwise, the bid will be considered non-responsive. Bids must be submitted by 3:00 PM on 30 July 2026 and will be opened the same day at 3:30 PM in the Conference Room of DGIP HQ, Mauve Area, Sector G-8/1, Islamabad.
