Tender Description
The Balochistan Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (B-TEVTA) in Quetta is inviting sealed bids from experienced, reputed, and financially sound firms for the procurement of IT and office equipment for their office. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 and aims to equip the B-TEVTA office with necessary IT hardware and general office supplies.
The technical scope includes supply of various IT equipment such as computers, printers, and networking devices alongside general office equipment. The procurement will follow the Single-Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Bidders must submit a bid security equivalent to 3% of the total bid price. Tender documents can be obtained from the B-TEVTA office in Jinnah Town Quetta upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,000 via green challan deposited in NBP under the specified account head. Alternatively, documents can be downloaded from the BPPRA website, but the original challan must be submitted one day before bid submission.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid NTN and GST certificates, be active taxpayers, and registered on BPPRA EPPS. They must have completed at least three similar assignments worth Rs. 5 million in the last two years and have a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 4 million in the last financial year. Blacklisted firms are not eligible. The bids must be complete packages; partial bids will not be accepted.
The deadline for bid submission is **9th June 2026 at 3:00 pm**, with technical bids opening at 3:30 pm the same day in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders’ representatives. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids in separate sealed envelopes and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
