The equipment must be brand new, compliant with international standards, and supported by manufacturer warranties. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have completed at least three IT-related projects with public sector organizations worth PKR 10 million or more in the last three years, maintain a functional office in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, and provide a non-blacklisting undertaking. Bidders must submit bid security in the form of a Pay Order amounting to PKR 500,000. The bid submission deadline is Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM via the e-Pa k Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal. Hard copies of bid security and undertakings must be submitted physically to the Procurement Cell at NAVTTC HQ before the deadline.
