Tender Description
The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) Islamabad invites bids for the procurement of IT and related equipment to support its operational and technical needs. This procurement is specifically for the NAVTTC headquarters located at Plot # 38, Kirthar Road, Sector H-9/4, Islamabad Capital Territory. The equipment must be brand new, compliant with international standards, and supported by manufacturer warranties.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to have completed at least three IT-related projects with public sector organizations worth PKR 10 million or more in the last three years, maintain a functional office in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, and provide a non-blacklisting undertaking. Bidders must submit bid security in the form of a Pay Order amounting to PKR 500,000.
The bid submission deadline is Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM via the e-Pa k Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal. Hard copies of bid security and undertakings must be submitted physically to the Procurement Cell at NAVTTC HQ before the deadline. Technical and financial bids will be opened online on the same day at 11:30 AM.
