Tender Description
304 Spares Depot EME Khanewal Cantt invites firms to participate in procurement of items as detailed in Annexure 'A' available from the LP Office of the depot. The tender follows PPRA Rule 36 (b) with a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure.
Items being procured:
- Various spares for electrical, mechanical, and equipment needs as per Annexure 'A' (detailed list not provided in the notice).
The rates quoted must include all government taxes such as GST, Income Tax, and Duty Tax. Prices should be in Pakistani Rupees and include installation, training, commissioning, software updates, and all related literature including user manuals and repair manuals. Only ITD Directorate, GHQ, and HIT approved brands should be quoted in the indigenous category.
Technical and commercial offers must be submitted in separate envelopes with one copy each of the Technical and Commercial offers, clearly marked with the tender number. A bid security of Rs 3000/- in the form of a bank draft or pay order is required. Firms must attach proof of procurement for OEM/OPM/other brand items with delivery documents. Advance samples may be requested and must be approved by the Technical Oversight Board (TOB).
The original proforma invoice and a CD containing the technical offer in PDF format must be submitted. The technical offer should include a principle proforma invoice, 100% applicability certificate, trade link between manufacturers and suppliers, and firm registration with 304 Spares Depot EME Khanewal Cantt.
Firms must clearly mention the total number of items quoted and the make and type of equipment on their letterhead. No quotation will be accepted without firm stamps on each page. No quotations will be accepted after the prescribed time.
Interested bidders should carefully follow the instructions and submit their bids before the closing date. Earnest money and bid security are mandatory. One practical tip is to ensure all technical documentation and samples are complete and submitted timely to avoid disqualification.
