Procurement of Items for Day Care Center

The Directorate General of Literacy and Non-Formal Basic Education, Punjab invites eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order suppliers, manufacturers, or authorized suppliers registered with relevant authorities and tax departments to participate in the procurement of items for the Day Care Center. The procurement is based in Lahore and follows the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure with separate submissions for Technical and Financial Proposals through the Punjab E-Procurement System at www.ep.punjab.gov.pk. Items being procured: - Specific item list not provided in the notice. The procurement scope includes supplying necessary items for the Day Care Center under the Directorate General of Literacy and Non-Formal Basic Education. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical specifications and submit their proposals online by the deadline. The bid security amounting to Rs. 20,300 (2% of estimated cost) must be paid via PSID through the prescribed banking channels. The bid validity period is 120 days, and the performance guarantee is 5% of the actual contract price. Delivery is expected within 15 days from issuance of Purchase Order or contract signing. Eligibility criteria include registration on the Punjab E-Procurement System, valid FBR/ATL registration, and compliance with bid security requirements. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 09 November 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the undersigned. Technical bids will be opened online on 13 November 2026 at 11:30 AM.
