Procurement of Janitorial Services

The Ministry of Commerce has reserved funds for the procurement planned for FY 2026-27 and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the provision of janitorial services. This procurement notice invites bids through EPADS v2.0 from eligible bidders registered on the platform for non-consultancy services. Items being procured: - Janitorial Services The procurement will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the bidding documents. Detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may register at the provided vendor portal. A tutorial for registration is available on YouTube. This procurement is subject to the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified for this procurement. Notification copies are available on the procuring agency's website and EPADS v2.0. Bidders are advised to ensure timely registration on EPADS and to carefully follow the bid security requirements to avoid disqualification.
