Procurement of JET-A1 Fuel at PIA London Station

Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Limited Supply Chain Management Department invites bids for the procurement of Aviation Jet A-1 Fuel at its London Heathrow (LHR) Station. Pricing must include Platt's oil gram market index linkage for escalation/de-escalation, fixed differential margins, and detailed taxes, fees, and third-party charges in USC/USG. Eligibility criteria demand bidders to have aviation Jet A-1 fuel supply experience to scheduled international commercial passenger airlines registered with IATA at any international civilian airport. Documentary evidence of IATA approval is mandatory. Fuel handling agencies and third parties must confirm principal's IATA approval. PIACL reserves the right to reject unsatisfactory refueling service providers. Key dates include bid submission through EPADS by 1030 Hrs on 20-07-2026 and public bid opening at 1100 Hrs the same day at PIACL Head Office Karachi. Local bidders must submit a bid security of PKR 300,000 and a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 15,000. Performance guarantee of 5% of contract value will be required from successful bidders.
