Tender Description
Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Limited, the national flag carrier, is inviting bids for the procurement of JETA1 Fuel at PIA London Station. This tender is issued by the Supply Chain Management department based at PIA Head Office, Karachi. The procurement specifically covers the supply of JETA1 Fuel, a critical aviation fuel required for operations at the London station.

The technical scope involves the supply of aviation-grade JETA1 Fuel meeting all required specifications and standards for safe and efficient aircraft operation. The fuel must be delivered in accordance with PIA's quality and safety protocols. Eligible bidders must be approved companies or firms registered with the relevant authorities and must be registered on the E-PADS (PPRA Federal) platform to participate. Bidders should ensure they meet all eligibility criteria including FBR registration and any other regulatory requirements.
The bids must be submitted electronically on or before the deadline of 20-07-2026 at 10:30 Hrs (PST). The bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 Hrs at the SCM building of PIACL. Interested bidders should carefully prepare their bids in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents to avoid disqualification.
