Tender Description
The Environment Protection & Climate Change Department through its Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU) invites sealed E-bids (Technical & Financial) for the procurement of Lab Chemicals. This procurement is specifically for the establishment of an Environmental Monitoring Center in Lahore, Punjab. Items being procured:
- Procurement of Chemicals
The procurement process requires firms to be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Joint Venture or Consortium participation is not allowed. The bid security is set at 2% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 180,000. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) only, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
Bidders must submit their bids on or before 31st August 2026 at 11:00 AM, with the technical and financial bids opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. The bid security must be submitted via the digital banking facility available on the Punjab E-Procurement System by generating the PSID and depositing the required amount through prescribed banking channels. Incomplete or conditional bids and those without specified bid security will be rejected.
Interested bidders can obtain further information from the Assistant Director (Procurement), SP&IU, EPCCD. Tender documents are available for immediate download from the Punjab E-Procurement System website and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority portal. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per the Punjab Public Procurement Rules 2014.
