Tender Description
Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under the Single Stage Two Envelopes Procedure for the procurement of lab equipment for the Departments of Biochemistry, Physics, Zoology and Computer Science under various projects awarded. Items being procured:
- Purchase of Lab Equipment for Department of Biochemistry (NRPU Project #114774-38)
- Purchase of Lab Equipment for Department of Physics (NRPU Project #20-140245-75)
- Purchase of Lab Equipment for Department of Computer Science (NRPU Project #20-133907-37)
- Purchase of Lab Equipment for Department of Zoology (under Dost international technology transfer (itt) project no. Dgst/bstice/itt c2/2025-26-2576)
- Purchase of Lab Equipment for Department of Physics Under PMU, HED, Project (Project ID #: HEREF 3115)
The technical scope includes supply of specialized laboratory equipment for scientific research and education in the respective departments. Eligible firms must be registered with relevant tax authorities (FBR, etc.), appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) where applicable. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security/Earnest Money equivalent to 2% of the quoted bid cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of the Treasurer, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan. Tender documents require a non-refundable Demand Draft/Pay Order of Rs. 2,000 in favor of Treasurer AWKUM.
The deadline for bid submission is **15-09-2026** with staggered submission times starting from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM for different departments, and bid opening times from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the same day. Bidders must submit separate Technical and Financial Bids through the EPADS portal at www.kp.eprocure.gov.pk. The original CDR and Demand Draft/Pay Order must be physically submitted to the Procurement Office. Scanned copies should also be uploaded on EPADS along with the bid.
