Procurement of Laboratory Diagnostic Materials by PPHI Sindh Karachi

The People's Primary Healthcare Initiative (PPHI) Sindh, a not-for-profit organization registered under section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, invites sealed bids for the procurement of laboratory diagnostic materials. This procurement is specifically for PPHI Sindh's operations in Karachi. Interested bidders with relevant experience are encouraged to participate under the Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedure. Items being procured: - Laboratory Diagnostic Materials Bidders can obtain a complete set of bidding documents containing eligibility criteria, evaluation terms, and conditions from the Head Office of PPHI Sindh Karachi by submitting a non-refundable pay order of Rs. 1,000 in favor of PPHI Sindh. The bidding documents will be available from 29-09-2026 to 13-10-2026 during working hours (10 am to 4 pm). The bid security required is 1% of the bid price, to be submitted in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft attached with the Financial Bid in original. Bids will be publicly opened on 14th October 2026 at 03:30 pm in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The submission deadline is 14th October 2026 at 02:30 pm. The submission and opening venue is Procurement Wing & Conference Hall, C-27/1, near Umer Sharif Park, Block-2, Clifton, Karachi. All applicable government taxes must be included in the bids and will be deducted from invoices as per government rules. In case of public holidays or unforeseen circumstances, bids will be submitted and opened on the next working day with the same terms. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids ensuring compliance with all requirements and timely submission to avoid disqualification.
