Tender Description
The Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Kamra Aircraft Manufacturing Factory is procuring a comprehensive range of items including laboratory chemicals, aviation lubricants, electrical components, mechanical tools, and precision measuring equipment. This procurement is specific to Kamra city and aims to support the Central Laboratory and various technical stores within the complex.
The technical scope covers a wide variety of materials such as aviation lubricating oils, hydraulic oils, solvents, chemical reagents, calibration fluids, precision cylindrical reference blocks for longitudinal wave inspection, pneumatic and electrical repair kits, network switches, IP cameras, UPS systems, and various mechanical tools including milling cutters and drill bits. All items must comply with OEM standards and include necessary certifications such as Certificate of Conformance (CoC), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and calibration certificates where applicable. Delivery is required at AMF Kamra premises with all liabilities on suppliers.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and possess valid sales tax registration certificates. Firms should have relevant experience and PEC categories if applicable. Earnest money of 5% of the quoted value is required from unregistered firms with PACB. The tender demands separate technical and financial proposals in sealed envelopes, each clearly marked with the item name and tender reference. The technical bid should exclude prices but include detailed specifications and OEM documentation.
The tender was published on **09 April, 2026** and the closing date for submission is **27 April, 2026 at 1100 Hrs**. Bids must be delivered to the Local Purchase Section, AMF Kamra, and will be opened the same day at 1130 Hrs. Late submissions or incomplete bids will be rejected. Suppliers are advised to ensure all documents including NTN, professional tax certificates, and proof of ATL registration accompany their financial offers.
A practical tip for bidders is to strictly follow the tender instructions regarding the format of quotations. Each line item must be quoted on a separate leaf with clear marking of technical and financial offers. Overwriting or incomplete documentation can lead to disqualification. Ensuring compliance with all technical data sheets and providing fresh calibration certificates will enhance the chances of acceptance. Maintaining confidentiality and timely delivery as per purchase order terms is critical for successful contract execution.
