All equipment must meet detailed specifications as per annexures and include one year comprehensive warranty with technical support. The supplier must provide manufacturer authorization and complete brochures. Delivery is required within 60 days. Bidders must be registered with FBR, have at least 5 years relevant experience, and demonstrate financial turnover of minimum PKR 20 million over the last 5 years. Bid security and tender fee are mandatory. Liquidated damages of 2% per day up to 10% of contract value apply for delays.
