Procurement of Laboratory / Pathology Items for THQ Hospital Hassanabdal

The THQ Hospital Hassanabdal, District Attock, invites bids from eligible bidders, manufacturers, distributors, authorized sales and service dealers, and retailers for the procurement of laboratory and pathology items for the financial year 2026-27. The supply will be on a free delivery at consignee's end basis under a framework contract. Items being procured: - Framework Contract for Laboratory / Pathology Items The procurement will be conducted purely through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must be registered suppliers on this platform to participate. The bidding process follows the Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended). Technical bids will be opened on 10/10/2026 at 11:30 AM. Bidders are encouraged to attend the bid opening ceremony. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 96,000) must be submitted via the digital banking facility on the Punjab e-Procurement System. The bid security should be in favor of the Chief Executive Officer Health & Population Department District Health Authority Attock. Uploading the bid on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal is the sole responsibility of the bidders. Bidders can download bidding documents containing terms and conditions from https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk until the closing date. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Clause 35 of PPRA Rules. In case the opening date is a public holiday, the next official working day will be considered the submission and opening date.
