Procurement of Laboratory Reagents and Reagent Rental Services for DHQ Hospitals FY 2026-27

The Health Department Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, through the Project Director PMIU-Revamping of Non-Teaching DHQ Hospitals across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites bids for the procurement of laboratory reagents and reagent rental services for DHQ Hospitals for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Act 2012 and Rules 2014 via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Items being procured: - Laboratory reagents - Reagent rental services The bidding process follows a Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure as per KPPRA rules. Interested bidders can download the bid solicitation documents from www.kppra.gov.pk, www.healthkp.gov.pk, and https://portalkp.eprocure.gov.pk/. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 31st August 2025 to clarify any queries. Bidders must submit their bids through EPADS by 11:00 AM on 8th September 2026, with the opening of bids at 11:30 AM the same day. Quotations with cutting, erasing, or overwriting will be rejected. A mandatory bid security or earnest money of Rs. 1,000,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Guarantee is required in the name of the Project Director Revamping of Non-Teaching DHQs Hospitals across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The bid security must be original and submitted from the account of the firm, manufacturer, or importer. Scanned copies should be included in the technical proposal. Ordinary, crossed, or open cheques are not acceptable. Bidders must offer the most competitive rates as negotiations on quoted rates are not allowed. The Health Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules. Bidders are advised to carefully study the bid documents and attend the pre-bid meeting to ensure compliance and avoid disqualification. Timely submission through the EPADS portal is critical to avoid rejection.
