Procurement of Land for Regional Head Office Nadra Islamabad (Tender No. 28)

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Regional Head Office Islamabad, is inviting sealed bids for the procurement of land under Tender No. 28 with contract reference P125944 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to support the establishment and expansion of NADRA's facilities in Islamabad Capital Territory. The land must be within district or tehsil headquarters boundaries and approved by relevant authorities. Minimum plot frontage is 35 feet, and the land status can be commercial, residential cum commercial, or agriculture cum commercial. Availability of utilities such as electricity and network connectivity is mandatory. Eligibility criteria include valid CNIC/NICOP/POC and taxpayer status of the landowner, and bidders must submit bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft. The procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate and submit bids electronically. Manual submissions are not accepted.
