Procurement of Lands for 10 Districts by NADRA Regional Head Office Quetta

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office Quetta invites electronic bids for the procurement of lands across 10 districts for its operations. The lands are required in key locations within Quetta, Noshki, Sui, Sohbatpur, Ziarat, and Jaffarabad districts. Items being procured: - Mega Center Quetta (15000-25000 Sqft) - EPO & Exe NRC Quetta (5000-12000 Sqft) - NRC Sariab Road Quetta-1 (5000-12000 Sqft) - Exe NRC Quetta Central (Model Town) (5000-12000 Sqft) - Verification Cell Quetta (5000-12000 Sqft) - Female NRC Noshki, NRC Noshki and Zonal Office (5000-12000 Sqft) - NRC Sui (3500-6000 Sqft) - NRC Faridabad (2500-4000 Sqft) - NRC Sirijavi (2500-4000 Sqft) - NRC Jaffarabad and Zonal Office (5000-12000 Sqft) The lands should be persistent in the main city with covered area as per specifications. They must be at prominent places with independent entrances, easily accessible to the general public, and at road level. Minimum 100 feet front of the plot is required. The land must be free from all liabilities such as mortgage, pledge, taxes, etc. Utility services including WAPDA, PTCL, sewerage, gas, water supply, and ground water must be available. Bidders must submit electronic bids using EPADS 2.0 by or before 15th September 2026 at 11:00 AM. The technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Guarantee as per bidding documents. Hard copies of bid security must be submitted at the Admin Section, Regional Head Office NADRA, Zarghoon Road Quetta before the deadline. Attested photocopies of ownership/property documents and valid approved site plans are mandatory. Bidders must also provide an affidavit certifying ownership status and must be registered with FBR/ATL. No brokerage or service charges will be paid. The opening of bids will be on 15th September 2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. NADRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rules 33 and cancel the bidding process without assigning any reason. For bidders, it is crucial to ensure all documents are complete and bid security is submitted both electronically and physically on time to avoid disqualification. Early preparation and verification of ownership documents will facilitate smooth participation.
