The Independent System and Market Operator (Guarantee) Limited (ISMO) Islamabad invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of high-technology IT equipment and solutions. Items being procured: - 220 Laptops with Intel Core Ultra 7 processors, 32GB DDR5 RAM, 1TB SSD, 16" FHD screens, and business-class features with 3 years warranty - 10 Desktop Computers with UPS, featuring Intel Core Ultra 7 processors, 16GB DDR5 RAM, 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD, 27-inch FHD monitors, and 2 years UPS warranty - 1 Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) virtualization solution including management licenses, compute virtualization, storage, network virtualization, VM backup and disaster recovery capabilities - 7 Interactive Smart Boards 86" with 4K UHD resolution, Android 14 OS, 16GB RAM, 256GB storage, AI camera, and 3 years onsite warranty - 1 Server with GPU, enterprise-grade 2U rack-mounted with dual Intel XEON Gold processors, 512GB DDR5 memory, 53TB SSD storage, NVIDIA L20 GPU, and 3 years OEM warranty - 2 High-end Servers with similar specifications as GPU server but without GPU, including Windows Server 2025 licenses and 3 years OEM warranty The technical scope includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of all items at ISMO's premises in Islamabad. The HCI solution must be enterprise-grade, support Oracle RAC, and include onsite OEM installation and training for 3 participants. All hardware must be compatible with Intel x86 architecture and meet detailed specifications as per the tender documents. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be legally registered firms with at least 3 years of relevant experience, valid FBR registration, operational office in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, and authorized OEM distributorship.
