Tender Description
This procurement opportunity is for the supply of laptops and all-in-one desktops to the Special Technology Zones Authority (STZA) located in Islamabad. The tender focuses on acquiring high-performance IT equipment, including 26 laptops with Intel Core Ultra 7 processors and 9 all-in-one desktops with Intel Core Ultra 5 processors, all featuring Windows 11 Pro or better. The equipment must meet detailed technical specifications ensuring modern hardware capabilities suitable for the Authority's operational needs in the capital city.
The scope includes delivery, installation, inspection, commissioning, and onsite assembly within a maximum of 12 weeks after contract award. The laptops and desktops must be brand new, genuine, and supported by a one-year standard onsite warranty. Bidders must be registered firms with active tax status and demonstrate at least two years of relevant experience in delivery and installation of similar IT hardware. The procurement follows a single stage two envelope bidding process with technical and financial proposals submitted separately via the EPADS online portal and physically to the STZA office.
Bidders should ensure compliance with all PEC and FBR requirements for the 2025-26 financial year, including valid registration and active taxpayer status on the FBR's ATL. Affidavits confirming non-blacklisting and authenticity of documents are mandatory. The bid security is set at PKR 565,000 in the form of a pay order, and the performance guarantee will be 10% of the contract amount. The bid validity period is 180 days.
The submission deadline is set for 3rd March 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening at 11:30 AM on the same day at the STZA office located on the 16th Floor, New State Life Tower, Plot # 61, Jinnah Avenue, Islamabad. Bidders must submit proposals on EPADS; hard copies not submitted on EPADS will be rejected. The earnest money pay order must be delivered physically before the deadline.
Pro-Tip: Make sure to carefully review the technical specifications and submit all required documents including the affidavit on stamp paper and bid security in the prescribed format. Missing or incorrect documentation is a common cause for disqualification. Also, verify that your bid is uploaded correctly on EPADS and the physical submission matches the online proposal to avoid rejection.
