Tender Description
The Special Technology Zones Authority (STZA) Islamabad invites bids for the procurement of laptops and all-in-one desktops, categorized under IT & Office Equipment and Electronics & Appliances. This tender is specifically for the STZA head office located in Islamabad, requiring delivery and installation within 12 weeks of contract award. The procurement includes 26 laptops with Intel Core Ultra 7 processors, 16GB RAM, 500GB NVMe storage, and 9 all-in-one desktops with Core Ultra 5 CPUs, 16GB RAM, and 256GB NVMe storage, all running official Windows 11 Pro or better.
Bidders must be registered firms with valid NTN and Sales Tax registration, active on the FBR's Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and not blacklisted by PPRA. The tender requires submission of bids through the EPADS online portal by 6th April 2026 at 1100 hrs, with technical bids opened the same day at 1130 hrs at the STZA office.
