Procurement of Laptops, Desktops, Video Wall and Allied IT Equipment for NTC on DDP Site Basis

The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of Laptops, Desktops, Video Wall and Allied IT Equipment on DDP Site Basis for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under contract reference P121423 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform using the Single Stage One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - 13 High Performance Laptops - 22 Standard Performance Laptops - 6 High Performance Desktops - 6 Standard Performance Desktops - 1 Video Wall (Screens, Controller, Mounting Brackets & HDMI cables along with allied material) - 8 LED Monitors - 1 Network Switch (48x Ports) - 1 Network Switch (24x Ports) - 2 WiFi 7 Routers - 1 Power Backup System (Inverter, Battery & allied material) The technical specifications include latest generation Intel processors, DDR5 RAM, NVMe SSD storage, Full HD displays, genuine Microsoft Windows 11 Pro licenses, and 1 year warranty on all equipment. Installation and commissioning services are also required for the Video Wall, Network Switches, WiFi Routers, and Power Backup system. Delivery and installation must be completed within 60 days from contract signing at NTC HQ, Islamabad. Bidders must be registered with FBR, have relevant experience supplying IT equipment, and provide an undertaking on judicial paper regarding blacklisting and ownership linkages. OEM authorization is mandatory. Bid security of PKR 1,000,000 is required. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 9 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. The contract includes a 1-year warranty period with prompt repair or replacement of defective items. Liquidated damages of 0.2% per day up to 10% of contract value apply for delays not caused by force majeure. Payment will be made after delivery, inspection, and acceptance by the ultimate consignee.
