Procurement of Laptops (Qty 57) by National Database and Registration Authority NADRA

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed electronic bids from Authorized Dealers or Authorized Distributors/Resellers for the procurement of Laptops (Qty 57) with reference number P121723. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax and be on the Active Tax Payers List (ATL) of the FBR. Items being procured: - Laptops (Quantity 57) The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope method with evaluation conducted online using LCBS as per Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulations, guides, and instructions issued by NADRA. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee submitted on or before October 5, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the specified address. E-bidding documents including detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/121723. Interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Bids prepared according to e-Bidding instructions must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by October 5, 2026, 11:00 AM. Opening of bids will be on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. NADRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 33 of PP Rules 2004. Procuring Agency is not responsible for any technical issues on EPADS; bidders are responsible for timely submission. Bidders should ensure their ATL and FBR registration are current and prepare their technical and financial bids carefully. Timely registration on EPADS and adherence to submission deadlines is critical to avoid disqualification.
