Procurement of Liquid Nitrogen

The Directorate General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, located at Bacha Khan Chowk, Peshawar, invites E-Bids for the procurement of Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. This procurement is open to registered manufacturers and authorized dealers in Pakistan. Items being procured: - Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) Bidders must submit their bidding documents online via EPADS under a single stage single envelope procedure by 12:00 PM on 9th September 2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM. Bid solicitation documents can be downloaded from www.kppra.gov.pk, www.lfe.kp.gov.pk, and EPADS. A bid security of Rs. 200,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) payable to the Director General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is mandatory. The CDR must be submitted in original within the sealed envelope on the day of bid opening by 12:00 PM. Cheques or pay orders are not acceptable as bid security. Bidders are required to submit the unit price of the quoted item as per the prescribed format in the bid solicitation documents. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rules 47(1) of KPPRA Rules, 2014. Interested bidders should ensure timely submission through the online portal and comply strictly with the bid security requirements to avoid disqualification. It is advisable to carefully review the bid documents and prepare the financial bid accordingly to meet all technical and financial criteria.
