Procurement of Load Cell

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The procurement is specifically for the supply of Load Cell as detailed in Annexure "A". Items being procured: - Load Cell (quantity attached at Annexure "A") The delivery period for the Load Cell is three months after signing the contract. This procurement is governed by PPRA and Ministry of Defence Production rules. Bidders must submit a comprehensive technical and financial bid including all required documents such as photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, indexation letters, attested copies of NTN and Sales Tax certificates, audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements, CNIC copies of CEO/Director, trade links with OEMs, and a judicial certificate confirming the firm is not blacklisted or suspended. The tender submission deadline is 17 August 2026 at 11:00 hours, with document collection closing at 10:30 hours the same day. Tender opening will be conducted via the PPRA website. The submission address is the Supply Chain Management Directorate at Heavy Industries Taxila. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration if applicable, FBR/ATL registration, and relevant experience with government or semi-government organizations. Earnest Money in the form of a postal order of Rs 2000/- must be enclosed with the technical bid.
