Procurement of Machinery, Equipment, Furniture and Other Items for Establishment of Nerve Center

The Deputy Commissioner Office Haripur invites eligible firms and suppliers registered with FBR and on EPADS portal to submit e-bids for the procurement of machinery, equipment, furniture and other items for the establishment of a Nerve Center under KPPRA Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Machinery - Equipment - Furniture - Other items for Nerve Center establishment Detailed specifications and bidding documents can be downloaded from the EPADS portal. Bidders must attach copies of CNIC, NTN/Active Taxpayer Certificate, and a certificate/affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any client or KPPRA. The bidding procedure is Single Stage Single Envelope as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must provide complete information including postal and valid email addresses and phone numbers. Rates quoted must include all government taxes. Bids must be submitted on the EPADS portal by 31.08.2026 at 10:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives at the Additional Deputy Commissioner (F&P) Office Haripur. A fixed bid security of Rs 400,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of Deputy Commissioner Haripur is mandatory. The successful bidder will also submit an additional security of 8% of the bid cost in the form of CDR within one week. The Procurement Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement of Goods, Works & Services Rules 2014.
