Procurement of Magnetic Drill Machine with 2 Items

Heavy Industries Taxila, Supply Chain Management Directorate, Taxila Cantt invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration (where applicable), and fulfilling eligibility criteria as per DPP&I-35 and MoDP rules for procurement of Magnetic Drill Machine with 2 items. The procurement is for delivery to Tank Manufacture Factory, HIT Taxila with a delivery period of 2 months after signing of contract. Items being procured: - Magnetic Drill Machine J1C-25S (2 Nos) with max drill 25 mm, power 1200 W, 220V, 50Hz, max travel 180 mm, attraction 12500 N, material steam tempered high speed steel - Drill Machine JSB 13 (1 Nos) portable electric impact hand drill machine, 600W, 12V, RPM 0-2800 - Stand Drill Machine (3 Nos) with chuck size 1.5 to 18 mm The technical scope includes supply of brand new equipment conforming to approved drawings and specifications, with all latest modifications and OEM certificates. Inspection and testing will be conducted as per contract terms. Eligibility requires valid registration, NTN, sales tax certificates, audit reports for last 3 financial years, bank statements, CNIC of CEO/Director, trade link with OEM, and non-blacklisting certificate. Earnest Money of Rs 2000/- postal order must be enclosed with technical bid. Bids must be submitted in two envelopes: Technical Proposal with muted bid security and Commercial Proposal with actual bid security. Submission deadline is 12 Aug 2026 at 10:30 hours at Gate No 5, Heavy Industries Taxila. Opening of technical bids will be at 11:00 hours same day.
