Tender Description
Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed bids for the procurement of material for in-house manufacturing of parts of TK Haider/ T59. This procurement is managed by the Supply Chain Management Directorate at HIT Taxila Cantt, Punjab. The tender reference is 0446/2026-27/IT-6201/FOR-A/DESCOM/SCM dated 17 July 2026, with bid submission and opening scheduled for 20 August 2026 at 10:30 and 11:00 hours respectively.

The technical scope includes supply of high-grade steel and alloy components conforming to specified grades such as 30CrMnSiA, 12CrNi3A, 38CrSi, and others. Delivery is to DESCOM Factory, HIT Taxila, within 45 days after contract signing. The contract requires compliance with detailed technical specifications, quality assurance certificates, and OEM certifications. Inspection and testing will be conducted as per acceptance test procedures.
Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, Sales Tax registration, and compliance with DPP&I-35 and MoDP rules. Firms must submit audited financial reports for the last three financial years, bank statements, CNIC copies, and a judicial certificate confirming no blacklisting. Bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order is mandatory. The bid validity period is 120 days extendable by 90 days.
Submission must be in two sealed envelopes: Technical Proposal with muted bid security and Financial Proposal with actual bid security. Postal order of Rs 2000/- must accompany the Technical Bid. Bids received late or incomplete will be rejected. The address for submission is Gate No 05, Heavy Industries Taxila, Taxila Cantt.
