Delivery is to DESCOM Factory, HIT Taxila, within 45 days after contract signing. The contract requires compliance with detailed technical specifications, quality assurance certificates, and OEM certifications. Inspection and testing will be conducted as per acceptance test procedures. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, Sales Tax registration, and compliance with DPP&I-35 and MoDP rules.
